Chancellor Green’s State of the University address is Jan. 15

Chancellor Ronnie Green will deliver the State of the University address to faculty, staff, students and the community at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Lied Center for Performing Arts, 301 N. 12th St. The speech will also be available live online.

The address outlines priorities for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the coming year. It is traditionally held at the start of the fall semester, but it was shifted to align with the start of the start of the university’s 150th anniversary in 2019.

It will be the third State of the University address for Green, who was named the 20th chancellor in the history of the university on April 6, 2016. All of the chancellor’s State of the University addresses are available online.
