Entrepreneurship research dialogue March 18
Faculty, postdocs and graduate students can learn more about entrepreneurship-related research, collaboration and teaching at a round-table discussion March 18, 9:30-11 a.m., during EntrepreneuringDays@UNL at Lincoln’s Embassy Suites.
Prem S. Paul, UNL vice chancellor for research and economic development, and Theresa Welbourne, director of UNL’s Center for Entrepreneurship, will discuss entrepreneurship research and teaching. The discussion aims to help build community among researchers interested in entrepreneurship. Participants will have the opportunity to share related research and discuss new projects that are in the early stages.
The session’s goal is to discuss ideas for cross-campus collaboration in research and teaching related to entrepreneurship. Broadly defined, entrepreneurship could include start-ups, growth firms, franchises, family businesses, intrapreneurship (entrepreneurship within a larger organization) or social entrepreneurship.
Faculty, postdocs and graduate students from UNL and other University of Nebraska campuses are encouraged to join the discussion. Please RSVP for the round table by emailing entrepreneurship@unl.edu.
EntrepreneuringDays@UNL is March 18-20. More information about the event is available on the EntrepreneuringDays website.
