1. Faculty, Managerial/Professional Employees, Post-Docs 28% of salary
2. Full-time hourly employees 42% of salary
3. Graduate assistants 36% of salary for tuition remission

Plus graduate assistant health insurance at the following estimated rates: **
7/1/09 - 6/30/10 $1,076
7/1/10 - 6/30/11 $1,184
7/1/11 - 6/30/12 $1,302
7/1/12 - 6/30/13 $1,432
7/1/13 - 6/30/14 $1,575
7/1/14 - 6/30/15 $1,733
increase by 10% per year there after
4. Undergraduates (full-time students) None
5. Temporary Employees (including part-time students) 9.0% (FICA, Medicare, Workers Compensation, & Unemployment insurance)
* According to our rate agreement, fringe benefits are charged individually as actual costs. Therefore, a higher or lower rate may be estimated on a case-by-case basis, if justified in the proposal.
** The rates shown above take into account that GRAs must now pay 21% of the cost of their individual health benefit.  This applies to all funding sources--state accounts and sponsored program accounts.
