A new module, called Agreements, has been released in NuRamp. This module houses unfunded agreements that require an institutional signature, such as Data Transfer and Use Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements.
A DTUA or MTA is required when data or tangible materials are shared between UNL and external parties. These agreements are binding contracts that define the terms and conditions of the transfer, including limitations on use, storage requirements, publication rights, intellectual property considerations, and privacy or confidentiality protections.
Information about the DTUA/MTA process can be found on the Sponsored Programs website. A NuRamp Agreements module user guide will be made available soon.
Those with questions about DTUAs or MTAs should contact the OSP awards team via email.
Those with compliance questions should contact the Research Compliance, Integrity and Security office; the Institutional Animal Care Program/Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee; or theInstitutional Biosafety Committee.
