A new collaboration between the Office of Research and Economic Development and the University of Nebraska Foundation will give researchers assistance in seeking foundation support for a project or program.

The first Foundations 101 Workshop will be Jan. 25, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Nebraska Union’s Regency Suite.

Foundations 101 is designed for individuals getting started in their pursuit of foundation support for a project or program. It will help faculty and staff obtain the strategic information they need to consider when pursuing private foundation funding to enhance their research, scholarship, creative activity and outreach.

The workshop will include a panel discussion with individuals who have received private foundation funding and a complimentary networking lunch. Faculty and staff can register for the workshop here

For questions, contact Heather Borck, research development program coordinator, at 402-472-4090.
