New gift card options available for research participant compensation

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is now using the Virtual Incentives digital rewards platform to distribute compensation to research participants on projects approved by the Institutional Review Board.

Principal investigators can manage their own VI account, allowing for swift payment processing and a customizable compensation experience. With VI, participants are now allowed to receive Visa eGift Cards with no additional processing fees. The platform also offers 195 brands of digital gift cards.

To start using Virtual Incentives, contact Jessica Cronin, administrative coordinator. She will work with Virtual Incentives to set up a VI Now account for your study’s specific needs and provide training to use the platform.
