Lunch and learn focused on opportunities for trainee support at NSF

University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate students, postdoctoral research associates, faculty and staff are invited to attend a Sept. 19 lunch and learn event focused on National Science Foundation funding opportunities for trainee support. 

The event is noon to 1:30 p.m. in Room 402A of Manter Hall, 1101 T St. Lunch will be provided. Seating is limited, and registration is required.   

Theodore “Ted” Morgan, a program director at NSF, will present “Opportunities for Trainee Support at NSF.” The focus of Morgan’s presentation will be on NSF programs for pre- and post-doctoral fellowships and other mechanisms for trainee support.

The event is co-sponsored by the School of Biological Sciences, the Office of Graduate Studies and the Office of Research and Innovation. Contact Heather Borck, research development program coordinator, with questions.
