Lab to Launch exchange provides entrepreneur tips, mentorship
A recent “Lab to Launch: Mentor and Resource Exchange” provided participants an opportunity to build momentum in their entrepreneurial ventures.
The April 24 workshop, sponsored by NUtech Ventures, The Combine and University of Nebraska-Lincoln Industry Relations, aimed to connect graduate students and faculty mentees across technical disciplines with university and community mentors to accelerate their entrepreneurial pursuits.

Two panels were presented. One featured founders and chief executive officers of successful Nebraska-based businesses. Following the panel discussion, the audience had the opportunity to ask panelists questions.
Another panel featured an Ecosystem Spotlight panel that included speakers representing The Combine, Nebraska Business Development Center, NUtech Ventures, Appsky, Nebraska Department of Economic Development and Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic.
The event also included direct 1:1 matchmaking sessions, connecting mentees to mentors for access to guidance and resources that help to build entrepreneurial momentum.
