New Open Access publishing opportunities available for UNL authors 

University Libraries entered into a new Open Access publishing agreement with the Association for Computing Machinery on Jan. 1. The Libraries’ participation in the ACM Open program permits corresponding authors affiliated with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to publish their articles in ACM journals, conference proceedings, or magazines at no cost to themselves. 

Deadline for Nebraska I-Corps program extended to Feb. 6 

Applications are now open for the spring 2026 cohort of Nebraska I-Corps, a four-session virtual commercialization training program led by NUtech Ventures. This spring cohort, which begins Feb. 19, is open to University of Nebraska-Lincoln and University of Nebraska at Kearney faculty, staff, postdocs and students, as well as non-university community members who are accepted at the discretion of the I-Corps instructor team.
