NUtech Ventures has developed new disclosure forms for creative works and trademarks.

Creative works include educational materials, books, films, drawings or applications. Trademarks include a symbol, color, sound, figure or letters used to identify a source of a good or service. Researchers are encouraged to complete disclosure forms early and often to protect their intellectual property.

The forms are available on NUtech’s online disclosure platform, which is available to campus researchers with UNL log-in credentials. They are also available to download as Microsoft Word documents. More information about disclosure forms is available at nutechventures.org/disclosures.
