Notification of Intent to Submit for Limited Submissions
A notification of intent to submit should be completed for:
Announced or scheduled limited submission competitions.
New, unscheduled, or other programs that limit or restrict
the number of applications that can be submitted by an entity.
A notification of intent to submit enables us to expedite the selection process, by allowing sufficient time for the selected proposal(s) to be fully developed for formal submission to the sponsor.
