To enroll in the NSF CAREER Club, please complete the following form by no later than December 17, 2025.

Participant Engagement

R&I estimates its investment in this program in terms of personnel, consultant, and activity costs at $10,000 per application. In return for such investment, CAREER Club participants commit to the following over the course of the program.

Participant Commitments

Create, in consultation with a representative of the Office of Proposal Development (OPD), an individualized proposal development timeline with clear expectations and actions items that will result in the development of a high-quality NSF CAREER proposal for submission.
Participate in CAREER Club activities. At a minimum, CAREER Club participants will: 1) engage with an external consultant and respond to critical feedback regarding project plans provided by the consultant; 2) network with and obtain feedback on the project summary from NSF program officers; and 3) provide a project summary and project description for expert external review.
Utilize R&I supports in a timely manner as set forth in the proposal development timeline.
