Undergrad work is focus of Aug. 5 Summer Research Symposium
The Nebraska Summer Research Symposium is 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 5 in Nebraska Union.
Undergraduate students from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and other institutions across the country will present their summer research and creative activities in a poster session.
The symposium will showcase research and creative accomplishments by more than 100 undergraduate research students from a variety of the university’s research programs, including:
- Nebraska Summer Research Program;
- McNair Scholars;
- Nebraska Center for Energy Sciences Research;
- Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experiences (UCARE); and
- Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience and Young Nebraska Scientists High School Researchers.
The symposium is open to the public. Students, faculty, staff and administrators are invited to attend the poster session and learn more about the outstanding work students have undertaken this summer.
