The Office of Research and Economic Development and the Office of Graduate Studies will celebrate the research and creative accomplishments of University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate and undergraduate students during Student Research Days, April 12-16. Workshops are offered throughout the week about graduate research funding resources and opportunities, while 300 students will showcase their research and creative accomplishments.

Details and registration information for the events can be found on the Spring Research Days website. Mark your calendars for these events:

In lieu of the student poster session and creative exhibition traditionally offered during the week, undergraduate and graduate students were invited to develop five- to eight-minute video presentations, enabling participants to showcase their work to a broader audience. Presentations will be submitted over the next two weeks and are viewable as they are submitted at the Research Days MediaHub channel.

Each day will showcase work from these fields:

Sixty-five graduate students are registered to submit presentations. Two $400 awards will be given each day by the Office of Graduate Studies to the top presentations. More than 230 undergraduate students have entered presentations, and their prizes, valued at $250, will be given by the colleges to top presentations from students majoring in their college.

Questions about the graduate presentations should be directed to Lisa Rohde, and undergraduate presentations should be directed to Justina Clark.
