Research Administration Essentials training sessions offered

Registration is open for the fall 2021 Research Administration Essentials training program. The series of sessions, scheduled Sept. 15-Oct. 27, is designed to provide tools and resources to faculty and staff who are involved with research administration. 

Detailed information, dates and registration information are available online. The program is sponsored by the Office of Research and Economic Development. 

Led by subject matter experts from the Office of Sponsored Programs, Office of Proposal Development and Research Compliance Services, these training sessions provide participants with knowledge and insight regarding research grants and awards at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The topics include proposal preparation and submission, award administration and proposal budget development. Other topics include project verification, managing contracts and cost sharing. 

All sessions are only offered via Zoom, and registration is required to receive the meeting information. Individuals may enroll through the University of Nebraska’s learning management system, Bridge. Registration links for individual sessions are also posted on the Research Administration Essentials website
