An increasing number of University of Nebraska-Lincoln researchers are traveling internationally as the university’s travel regulations and policies continue to evolve. To help research personnel better navigate these international trips, Export Control, part of the Office of Research and Innovation, and Global Affairs are partnering to offer two November Zoom sessions focused on international travel and foreign influence.
Registration is required. Recipients will receive a Zoom link three to four days prior to the event. The sessions are scheduled for:
- Nov. 8, 10-11 a.m.
- Nov. 18, 1-2 p.m.
The presentations are open to faculty, postdoctoral associates and graduate students, grants administrative staff and other support staff. Participants will learn about university policy and guidance related to international travel and foreign influence and recommendations for safe practices while traveling, including use of electronics. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
