The last day researchers can use the NSF-fillable PDF to upload biographical sketches and other support documents for National Science Foundation grant applications is Oct. 20.
Effective Oct. 23, researchers must use only SciENcv to prepare the biographical sketch and to denote current and pending (other) support. More information is available in the Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide.
Researchers also should be aware that biographical sketch and current and pending (other) support format iare validated for Grants.gov proposals during proposal submission to NSF rather than at document upload as in Research.gov. Grants.gov proposals that use the NSF-fillable PDF template will not pass the submission validations after 5 p.m. Oct. 20. For more information about NSF proposal submissions via Grants.gov, visit the Grants.gov Proposal Processing in Research.gov informational page.
