The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has established a new dedicated email account — osp-industrycontracts@unl.edu — to serve as the central point of contact for all correspondence related to industry-sponsored agreements and unfunded agreements, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Effective immediately, this shared inbox should be used for all communications involving the negotiation, review and execution of these agreements. This includes initial inquiries from industry partners, document exchanges, revision requests and any other correspondence tied to these contract types.
Please do not use individual staff email addresses for this correspondence. Routing communications through the shared account ensures that the agreements receive prompt attention regardless of staff availability, creates a complete and accessible record of all contract-related exchanges, and allows the entire industry contracts team to collaborate efficiently on the researcher’s behalf.
When reaching out, or when providing contact information to an industry partner, use osp-industrycontracts@unl.edu as the sole point of contact for OSP on these matters.
Those with questions about this transition or who need assistance with an industry agreement or CDA/NDA, should send their inquiry to the new shared address and a member of the team will be in touch.
