The University of Nebraska-Lincoln will launch a new Collaboration Accelerator program, with applications opening April 6, to support teams preparing to pursue large-scale collaborative funding opportunities.

The cohort-based program is designed to accelerate teams’ readiness, competitiveness and collaboration by helping faculty teams refine their vision, identify leadership strengths, develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build a comprehensive collaboration action plan. Selected teams will participate in five structured virtual sessions.

Each participating team will develop a comprehensive collaboration action plan that includes a logic model, team charter, leadership and management strategies, stakeholder engagement plan, communication strategy, funding roadmap and milestones for long-term growth.

The program is open to teams led by UNL faculty and may include collaborators from external institutions. Strong applicants include teams that can articulate a shared research vision, demonstrate early evidence of collaboration and identify a large-scale funding opportunity they plan to pursue.

Additional information will soon be available. Please email unlrd@unl.edu with questions.
