Great Plains IDeA-CTR meeting is Nov. 9

Great Plains IDeA-CTR is hosting its annual scientific meeting and 10th anniversary conference on Nov. 9 in Omaha. University of Nebraska-Lincoln faculty, staff and students who are interested in clinical and translational research are invited to attend. 

The event is 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine St. A virtual option is also available. Registration is required. Attendees are encouraged to register by Nov. 2 to ensure they have access to included meals and materials.  

The conference brings together leaders from the National Institutes of Health, research networks, health systems, public health, communities and data science. Participants will examine successful models, build on lessons learned, and identify where stronger connections could help address regional and national health challenges.

The Great Plains Institutional Development Award: Clinical and Translational Research Network is a collaborative effort among eight Nebraska institutions and regional collaborators in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota.
