Faculty forum Sept. 28
A faculty forum to discuss UNL’s internal funding programs will be Sept. 28 at 8 a.m. in the Nebraska Union. During the forum, Associate Vice Chancellor for Research Kimberly Espy will review internal funding program requirements, and discuss potential projects with interested faculty.
The Office of Research and Economic Development has released calls for proposals for these internal funding programs: the Arts & Humanities Research Enhancement Fund, Minority Health Research awards, and Layman awards, including the traditional seed program and the recently established New Directions program. All proposals are due Nov. 11, 2010, at noon. Applications for Strategic Research Cluster grants are accepted any time during the year. For more information contact Noah Clayton, 472-8031.
