The Office of Sponsored Programs has updated its budget template and budget justification templates to reflect the 18% premium increase in the University of Nebraska’s student health insurance program for 2019-2020. Principal investigators are urged to use the new templates, available on the OSP website, to ensure increased costs are included in future proposals.
These changes will affect graduate research assistants. In addition to capturing the cost increase for 2019-2020, the template is designed to calculate future student health insurance costs based on information from the past five years.
For more information about the revised budget templates, contact Elijah Luebbe, proposal budget coordinator, at 402-472-1871.
