The University of Nebraska-Lincoln will launch a new Collaboration Accelerator program, with applications closing May 15, to support teams preparing to pursue major collaborative funding opportunities. Application instructions as well as program specifics can be found on the program website

The cohort-based program is designed to accelerate faculty teams’ readiness, competitiveness and collaboration by helping them refine their vision, identify leadership strengths, develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build a comprehensive collaboration action plan. Selected teams will participate in five virtual sessions.

Each participating team will develop a comprehensive collaboration action plan that includes a logic model, a team charter, leadership and management strategies, a stakeholder engagement plan, a communication strategy, a funding roadmap and milestones for long-term growth.

The program is open to teams led by UNL faculty and may include collaborators from external institutions. Strong applicants can articulate what they are trying to accomplish, the steps they have taken to get ready to collaborate, what they hope the Collaboration Accelerator will help them achieve, and the major funding opportunity they plan to pursue.

Additional information can be found on the Collaboration Accelerator webpage. For more information, email unlrd@unl.edu
