A Dec. 2 workshop will help pre-tenure faculty prepare competitive proposals for the National Science Foundation’s Faculty Early Career Development Program. Registration is required.
The workshop will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Nebraska Union, Regency Suite. The workshop is free and open to UNL, UNO, UNK and UNMC faculty. Lunch is included.
UNL’s Office of Research and Innovation annually sponsors an early career award workshop to provide prospective applicants with proposal writing advice specific to the NSF CAREER program. This year’s event will feature a panel discussion with NSF CAREER awardees from UNL. R&I staff will also provide an overview of the NSF CAREER program.
