Effective Oct. 6, the process for completing an internal change of key personnel form will move from DocuSign into the NuRamp Office of Sponsored Programs module.
An internal change form is required any time the principal investigator on a project needs to change or the sponsor requires prior written approval to change “key personnel.” This term may be defined differently depending on the sponsor, but generally includes all faculty members and other researchers making a significant contribution to the project.
The change of key personnel information on the Sponsored Programs website has been updated to reflect the new process and include guidance for completing the change request within NuRamp. Change requests in progress via DocuSign prior to Oct. 6 will continue to be processed; you do not need to submit a new request in NuRamp.
For assistance in determining whether a key personnel change form is needed or questions about the content of the form, reach out to your department’s assigned pre-award coordinator or to the pre-award team via email. To identify your assigned coordinator, you can look up their name and contact information on the Sponsored Programs website.
For technical issues with the form in NuRamp, contact NuRamp OSP support.
