Nebraska I-Corps is designed for innovators and entrepreneurs looking to validate their business idea for a product or service, focus objectives for their research program, or reach potential customers to test interest in their idea.
Applications are being accepted for the I-Corps Introduction to Customer Discovery program’s fall cohort through Sept. 5; the program begins Sept. 18. Participation in the Nebraska I-Corps program is a valuable step toward applying for the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps Teams program.
Led by NUtech Ventures and taught by instructors trained by NSF I-Corps™, this entrepreneurship training program teaches innovators about developing value propositions, understanding stakeholder ecosystems, interviewing prospective customers and conducting iterative prototyping. The program includes group coursework sessions, interactive practice in small groups and 1:1 office hours with course instructors.
The free, non-credit training program is open to all faculty, staff and students within the University of Nebraska system. All training takes place online. Applicants who are accepted to the program will receive Zoom log-in details.
