We’ll hold our fall OPEN Forum on Friday Nov. 12 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Wick Alumni Center, 1520 R Street. The focus for this forum is NUgrant, the secure electronic research administration system developed by the Office of Research to help UNL faculty, staff and administrators manage research projects. While most of us use NUgrant in one way or another, we may not be aware of the breadth of the system, which has become the engine that drives our work in the Office of Research and Economic Development. Tim Savage, research information systems manager and the designer of NUgrant, will give us a tour of this multi-faceted tool.
A continental breakfast will be served at 8 a.m., and the program will begin at 8:15 to accommodate a fairly full agenda. As always, we’ll adjourn by 9:30.
