Starting November 1, Track-IT will be a thing of the past, replaced by NUgrantTS, a convenient, easy-to-use system for asking for help with computer support, event setup, software and equipment purchases, and other technical assistance issues.
The Research Information Systems team will hold lunch and learn sessions in Alex 201 on Oct. 13 and Oct. 20, from noon to 1 p.m., to introduce NUgrantTS. Please plan to attend one of these two sessions so you will be ready to make a smooth transition on Nov. 1. The session includes a half hour introduction and demonstration, followed by an optional hands-on opportunity to try out the new system. Bring a lunch, and learn a lot.
