The framework helps project teams map out the progression of the individual project steps, from initiation to closeout. The framework includes all aspects of the project, from required resources and tools to specific processes and tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project Management Office (PMO) understands and utilizes several project management frameworks when approaching project planning and management plans, and will select the framework best suited for project success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Managing sponsored projects through a framework means all personnel and moving parts operate within a method of execution, monitoring, and control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also helps ensure creativity and effective communication between team members.
