Arrive at 4 p.m. for games and activities. Food service will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the picnic will formally end at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The picnic will be in the\u00a0<strong>Auld Pavilion in Antelope Park<\/strong>, the large building due south of the children&#8217;s play area.<\/li>\n<li>Again this year, you can enter the\u00a0<strong>ORED Bake-Off<\/strong>. Just bring a home-made dessert, labeled with the name of the dessert and your name, too. The rest of us will be the judges.<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ll also have plenty of\u00a0<strong>games and activities<\/strong>\u00a0for the whole family, including cookie decorating, pennant and pom-pom making, face painting, a football toss\u00a0and a photo booth. Wear red!<\/li>\n<li>Food will be catered by\u00a0<strong>Phat Jack&#8217;s<\/strong>. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.\u00a0A special kids\u2019 buffet also will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To help us order enough food, we need to know how many will be coming.
