Senators participated in a training session in January, and the Senate convened for the first time on March 9. Full Senate meetings will occur bimonthly. Standing committees meet regularly to develop a vision and plans for bringing issues to the full Senate for consideration. As the Senate’s charge is solidified over the coming months, District 7 senators will provide further communication on Senate activities and solicit feedback and discussion with constituents.
