What will you accomplish before the next time we meet?<br>4. What are your natural strengths and talents? How can you further utilize them in your job and within our team?<br>5.  How have you demonstrated meeting the UNL expectation that &#8216;Every Person and Every Interaction Matters&#8217;?<br>6.  What challenges are you facing today?<br>7.  How can I help you be your best?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance Conversation Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp; Employee schedules conversation with the supervisor<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Both employee and supervisor prepare for the conversation (Supervisors could seek feedback from clients\/stakeholders.)<br>3.&nbsp; Conversation takes place, both the employee and supervisor take notes<br>4.&nbsp; Employee summarizes&nbsp;conversation in Trakstar Perform and sends to supervisor<br>5.&nbsp; Supervisor reviews, adds comments to each question and sends it to the employee (or sends it back for additional info\/correction)<br>6.&nbsp;
