R&I was recognized at the inaugural ceremony in 2024 as a Certified HealthierU Department \u2013 Gold Level<\/em>.\u00a0 Certified HealthierU Department is a program focused on giving recognition to the departments across campus doing their part to spread awareness and provide resources to their employees to live happier and healthier lives.\u00a0In 2025, R&I was recognized as a Certified HealthierU Department – Gold Level <\/em>again. We actively invest in our people and the culture we build together.
To obtain the Gold Level a department has at least 25 points\/activities which are from all 8 of the dimensions of wellness. The dimensions of wellness are:\u00a0 Occupational, Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Physical, Social and Spiritual.
