New export control resourcesTo uphold national security and trade protection, federal export laws and regulations restrict the use of sensitive or controlled information, materials and technology. UNL's Export Control Program staff can help faculty determine whether their research projects are subject to export regulations and advise them when additional information or licenses are needed. Export Control is creating training programs and other resources to help faculty assess their export control needs. Watch for the new export control policy Web site, training materials and more information. For more information contact Sara Conrad, export control and laboratory safety specialist, Office of Research, sconrad2@unl.edu, 472-4491. |
