CPE Information

CPE hours can be earned during the annual Big XII Sponsored Programs Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska April 11-13, 2007. CPE hours will be pre-approved for Nebraska resident C.P.A.s. Most other states do not offer Pre-approval of CPE courses. Every effort will be made by the University of Nebraska to comply with the NASBA/AICPA standards so attendees may submit a request for hours earned. A certificate will be provided to any individual requesting CPE credit to support their claim to their respective State Boards of Accountancy. The suggested number of CPE hours will be indicated based on 50 minutes of instruction is equal to one CPE credit hour. Currently, the agenda has not been finalized, but we are estimating 12 hours will be provided during the conference.
