Deadlines and Submission Procedure:
The Research Council uses an electronic proposal submission process. The electronic applications are posted on the Research Council website. Deadlines for electronic submission of applications are as follows:- Faculty Seed Grants, Grants-In-Aid and Interdisciplinary Research Grants are due October 15, 2009. There is only one deadline per academic year for these programs (provides funding from 1/1/2010-12/31/2010).
- Visiting Scholars and Symposia/Distinguished Lecturers are due October 15, 2009 (provides funding for scholars from 1/1/2010-6/30/2010) and March 22, 2010 (provides funding for scholars from 7/1/2010-12/31/2010).
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: Electronic submission of proposals to the Research Council Office is required. Please obtain your chair and dean signature prior to submitting the proposal to the Research Council Office. When all signatures have been obtained, please scan the entire document into one file and submit to the Research Council Office at unlresearch@unl.edu.
An electronic copy of the proposal (in a single Word or pdf file) must be submitted to the Research Council Office (unlresearch@unl.edu) on or before the above deadlines. For additional information contact: UNL Research Council Office
